AL-Majeed Group and its initiatives currently operate as an unregistered initiative. No company has yet been incorporated for this initiative.
Planned private limited incorporation
We intend to apply for incorporation as a private limited company once sufficient resources become available through projects, lawful donations or other permitted funding, or support from government bodies, industry experts and other supporters. Incorporation is subject to applicable law, name availability and regulatory approvals; no registration date is guaranteed.
Projects, donations, government support and CSR
We welcome enquiries about projects, donations, government support, expert mentorship and potential CSR collaborations. Any funding arrangement requires an appropriate lawful structure and applicable approvals before funds are accepted. We do not claim current CSR implementing-agency eligibility, CSR-1 registration, charitable status, tax-deductible donations or government endorsement. Private limited incorporation alone does not establish CSR implementing-agency eligibility.
Names and titles
WORKSHOP, AL-Majeed Group, Al-Majeed Algorithms and Al-Majeed School of Research Methodology and Innovation identify the initiative and its activities. The founder’s legal name is Sulaimaan; his public brand name is Sulaimaan Abdul Majeed. “Founder and chairman” describes a leadership role in the initiative, not a statutory office in an incorporated company. The school name does not imply university status, accreditation or authority to award recognised degrees.
Before entering an arrangement
Contact us to confirm the contracting party, registration position, purpose of support and written terms before making a commitment. Funding and incorporation arrangements should be reviewed by a qualified Indian legal or tax adviser.
